Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Through counseling, we can work together to help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Many individuals experience challenges in their relationships, whether it is with a family member, partner, friend or work colleague. Sometimes, we just need to talk to someone for additional support and a perspective to help us work through life challenges. Therapy can help you discover your own strengths and help you find solutions based on your unique values.
Virtual sessions are held from the safety of your own home or at a private location, at a time that is convenient for you. I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, and United Health Care. If you prefer private pay, the fee is $100 per 50 minute session)
